Shipping policy

1. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal shipping & handling fee of ₹40 applies to all COD orders.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Once processed, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We deliver to over 20,000+ pin codes across India. The estimated transit times are as follows:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days from the dispatch date.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/Tier 3 cities): 4 to 7 business days from the dispatch date.
• North-East & Remote Locations: 5 to 9 business days from the dispatch date.

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, transport strikes, or logistical challenges.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your package is shipped, a unique Tracking ID and link will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp/SMS.
• You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

• Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package before returning it to our warehouse.
• Please ensure you provide a complete address with a valid phone number to prevent delivery failures.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping charges may apply to redeliver the order.
